Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 2026 · Governed by Moroccan law (Loi n° 09-08)

ServicePlus is designed with a minimal data collection philosophy. We collect only what is technically necessary to operate the license system and prevent abuse. We do not collect personal data from end-users of your deployed services. Your contact database, campaign data, and business data remain exclusively on your server.

1. Data Collected by ServicePlus

ServicePlus collects and processes the following data during tool operation:

DataWhen collectedPurpose
Serial keysp setup, sp cleanupLicense validation and binding
Server fingerprintsp setup, sp cleanupBind the serial key to one deployment; prevent multi-installation abuse
Admin email addresssp setup, sp cleanupRegistered with your license record; used to reach you about your license or deployment if needed
Project name & domainsp setup, sp cleanupIdentify your deployment in license records and support requests
Public IP addresssp setupVerify the deployment is active and assist with support/troubleshooting
Installation timestampsp setupRecord when the deployment was activated
Cleanup timestampsp cleanupRelease the serial key binding for reuse

The server fingerprint is a technical identifier derived from hardware characteristics of your VPS. On its own it is not personally identifiable — but as part of your license registration record it is stored alongside the admin email, project name, and domain you provide during sp setup, solely to ensure that one serial key is not simultaneously active on more than one server.

This data is stored in our license management infrastructure and is retained for the duration of the license validity. It is automatically cleared when sp cleanupis run.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

Beyond the license registration data listed above, ServicePlus does not collect:

  • Any data from the services deployed on your server (contacts, campaigns, bookings, invoices, etc.)
  • Server logs, database contents, or file uploads from your deployment
  • Browsing behavior, analytics, or usage patterns of your end-users
  • Any personal data of clients or contacts managed through Mautic, n8n, Cal.com, or PocketBase
  • Payment card details — license purchases are processed by our payment provider, not stored by ServicePlus

Your data is yours. All business data — contacts, email campaigns, bookings, invoices, automation workflows — is stored exclusively on your own server and is never transmitted to ServicePlus.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The limited data collected is processed for the following purposes only:

  • License verification — confirming that a serial key is valid and active
  • Single-deployment enforcement — preventing a single license from being used on multiple servers simultaneously (anti-abuse)
  • License release — allowing the serial key to be used on a new server after cleanup
  • Support & account contact — using your admin email and project/domain details to respond to support requests or reach you about your license when necessary

4. Data Retention

License registration records (serial key, server fingerprint, admin email, project name, domain, and public IP) are retained while the license is active. They are deleted or released when:

  • The User runs sp cleanup (automatic release)
  • The User contacts support to request manual release
  • The license expires or is cancelled

5. Data Security

All communication between the ServicePlus CLI and the license server uses encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS). License responses are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. No sensitive data is transmitted in plaintext.

License records — including your admin email, project name, domain, and server fingerprint — are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure, which is subject to Cloudflare's own security and privacy practices. Access is restricted to what is needed to operate the license system and provide support.

6. Third-Party Software Privacy

ServicePlus deploys third-party open-source software (Mautic, n8n, Cal.com, PocketBase, Adminer) on the User's server. The privacy practices of these applications are governed by their own respective privacy policies and open-source licenses.

The User, as the data controller for their deployed installation, is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws (including Loi n° 09-08 and the GDPR where applicable) with respect to any personal data processed through these services.

7. Your Rights (Loi n° 09-08)

Under Moroccan data protection law (Loi n° 09-08 relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel), you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold linked to your serial key
  • Request deletion or correction of your data
  • Object to the processing of your data

To exercise these rights, contact us via aimad.net/sp-support.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active licensees. The current version is always available at this URL.
