Terms of Use

Effective date: June 2026 · Governed by Moroccan law

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and the publisher of ServicePlus ("ServicePlus", "we", "us"), governing your use of the ServicePlus CLI tool, plugin bundle, and associated license ("the Tool"). By purchasing a license key or using the Tool, you accept these Terms in full.

Article 1 — Objet et Champ d'Application

ServicePlus provides a deployment and management tool (the "Tool") that automates the installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of third-party open-source software on a server provided and controlled by the User.

The Tool includes: the sp command-line interface (CLI), the ServicePlus plugin bundle for Mautic, and the license activation infrastructure.

These Terms govern solely the Tool. They do not govern the third-party software deployed by the Tool (Mautic, n8n, Cal.com, PocketBase, Adminer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and others), which are independent open-source projects subject to their own licenses and terms.

Article 2 — Responsabilité de ServicePlus (Scope of Liability)

ServicePlus is solely responsible for:

  • The correct functioning of the sp CLI commands
  • The ServicePlus plugin bundle installed on Mautic
  • The license activation and key management system
  • Technical support for issues directly caused by the Tool itself

ServicePlus is not responsible for:

  • Bugs, failures, security vulnerabilities, or data loss caused by or within Mautic, n8n, Cal.com, PocketBase, Adminer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Apache, Certbot, or any other third-party software deployed by the Tool. These are independent projects maintained by their respective open-source communities — ServicePlus is not their publisher, owner, or maintainer.
  • Issues arising from the User's VPS configuration, hosting provider, network environment, DNS settings, or operating system.
  • Data loss, unauthorized access, or security incidents resulting from the User's failure to maintain their server, keep software updated, or follow security best practices.
  • Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages of any kind, whether arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruption.

This limitation of liability is consistent with the nature of the Tool as a deployment utility and is enforceable under the Dahir des Obligations et Contrats (D.O.C.) of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Article 3 — Responsabilité du Licencié (User Responsibilities)

By using the Tool, the User accepts full responsibility for:

  • Providing and maintaining the VPS, domain, and server environment required to run the Tool
  • All data stored on the deployed server, including personal data of their own clients
  • Compliance with applicable Moroccan and international law regarding the collection, storage, and processing of personal data (Loi n° 09-08 relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel)
  • Maintaining regular backups using sp export
  • Securing their VPS, SSH access, and master password
  • Using the deployed services in compliance with the terms of each respective open-source project

Article 4 — Licence d'Utilisation (License Terms)

Upon purchase of a license key, ServicePlus grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Tool for the purpose of deploying and managing a single server installation.

One (1) serial key authorizes one (1) active deployment only.

Using a single serial key to activate multiple deployments simultaneously is strictly prohibited. Each project, server, or separate deployment requires its own licensed serial key. Circumvention of the single-deployment restriction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate license termination without refund.

The license is perpetual for the version purchased. ServicePlus commits to maintaining the Tool in working condition for the licensed version as long as technically feasible.

The User may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the serial key to any third party.

Article 5 — Support et Assistance

ServicePlus provides technical support for issues directly related to the Tool (CLI commands and plugin bundle) to all active licensees.

Support is available through:

  • Support form: aimad.net/sp-support — include a description of the issue and relevant screenshots in your message

Support requests must include: (1) a clear description of the issue, (2) the relevant error message or screenshot, and (3) the output of sp logs <service> andsp status where applicable.

ServicePlus does not provide support for issues caused by third-party software behavior, User configuration errors, or VPS/hosting environment problems outside the Tool's control. For issues with Mautic, n8n, Cal.com, or other deployed services, users are referred to those projects' official documentation and community support channels.

Article 6 — Propriété Intellectuelle (Intellectual Property)

The ServicePlus CLI, plugin bundle, and all associated code and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of their publisher. No rights are granted beyond the usage license described in Article 4.

Third-party software deployed by the Tool (Mautic, n8n, Cal.com, PocketBase, etc.) is subject to its own respective open-source licenses:

  • Mautic: GNU General Public License v3 (GPLv3)
  • n8n: Sustainable Use License (Fair-code)
  • Cal.com: GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3)
  • PocketBase: MIT License
  • Adminer: Apache License 2.0

The User is responsible for compliance with these third-party licenses, particularly regarding commercial and production use.

Article 7 — Modifications des Présentes CGU

ServicePlus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active licensees via email or through the official support channel. Continued use of the Tool after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 8 — Droit Applicable et Juridiction Compétente

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including but not limited to:

  • Le Dahir des Obligations et Contrats (D.O.C.) du 12 août 1913 et ses modifications
  • La Loi n° 31-08 édictant des mesures de protection du consommateur
  • La Loi n° 53-05 relative à l'échange électronique de données juridiques
  • La Loi n° 09-08 relative à la protection des données à caractère personnel

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
