View and manage your stored credentials.

Show credentials

Displays all stored credentials for your deployment, including admin usernames, passwords, database connection strings, and service tokens. Passwords are masked by default.

Reset master password

sp reset-password

You will be asked for your security answer (set during sp setup). If the answer is correct, you can set a new master password.

Your security answer is the only recovery mechanism for a forgotten master password. If both are lost, the only option is to run sp cleanup and set up again. The data in your databases is preserved if you have a backup.

Security notes

  • Credentials are stored encrypted using your master password as the key
  • Never share your master password or security answer with anyone, including support
  • The support team does not have access to your credentials or configuration
  • Do not paste the sp cred output into chat tools or screenshots when contacting support
