First Login

Access your Mautic dashboard and complete the initial configuration.

Accessing your dashboard

Mautic runs on two URLs that serve different purposes:

URLPurpose
https://yourdomain.comPublic front-end — landing pages, forms, tracking pixels
https://dash.yourdomain.comAdmin dashboard — campaigns, contacts, settings

Log in to the admin dashboard at https://dash.yourdomain.com using the credentials printed at the end of sp setup. You can retrieve them at any time with sp cred.

First steps in Mautic

  1. Complete the setup wizard — Mautic will guide you through basic configuration on first login: timezone, sender name, and email address.
  2. Configure your email provider — Go to Settings → Email Settings to connect your SMTP provider (e.g. Brevo, Mailgun, or your own server).
  3. Upload your logo — Go to Settings → System Settings to add your brand logo.
  4. Create your first contact segment — Segments let you group contacts by behavior or attributes for targeted campaigns.
  5. Build your first email — Go to Channels → Emails to create your first campaign or nurture email.
The ServicePlus plugin bundle is already active. You will see additional panels in the Mautic dashboard for invoicing, branding settings, and GeoIP configuration.

Checking service health

From your server terminal, run:

sp status

This shows all running containers, their access URLs, database status, and the last backup time. All services should show as healthy.

Access URLs for optional services

If you have added optional services, they are available at subdomains of your main domain:
