What is the invoicing feature?

ServicePlus includes a Moroccan invoicing module built into Mautic. You can generate professional, legally compliant invoices directly from your CRM — linked to your contacts and campaigns — and send them by email or download as PDF.

Moroccan legal compliance

The invoicing module supports all required Moroccan business fields:

• ICE — Identifiant Commun de l'Entreprise (15 digits, mandatory for B2B)
• IF — Identifiant Fiscal
• RC — Registre de Commerce
• TP — Taxe Professionnelle
• CNSS — Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale
• Capital Social — for SARL and SA company types
• Timbre Fiscal — fiscal stamp where applicable

VAT (TVA) handling

Invoices automatically calculate and display TVA breakdown by applicable rate:

• 20% — standard rate
• 14% — certain goods
• 10% — reduced rate
• 7% — special rate
• Exempt — for auto-entrepreneurs (TVA exemption notice displayed automatically)

Languages

Invoices can be generated in French, English, or Arabic (with RTL layout support).

Typical workflow

1. Complete a deal or campaign in Mautic
2. Open the contact record and click Generate Invoice
3. Fill in the line items, amounts, and applicable TVA rate
4. Preview the invoice PDF
5. Send by email directly from Mautic or download the PDF

Sequential invoice numbering

Invoices are numbered sequentially with collision protection — even if two invoices are created simultaneously, each receives a unique sequential number. This ensures your invoice numbering is audit-ready.
